I asked him how his dental practice is doing in light of the recession. He told me that nine months or so ago, his practice saw routine cleanings decline, as people sought to save money by avoiding the dentist. In the past three months, however, root canals and other major dental procedures are way up, which, he theorizes, stems from the lack of routine care.

We are extremely disappointed that having worked so hard to co-operate with the local prosecutor in Milan news of this prosecution appears to have been leaked to the media without our being informed first. As we have repeatedly made clear our hearts go out to the victim and his family - we are pleased that as a result of our co-operation the bullies in the video have been identified and punished. Republicans also expressed concern that the spending bill would not stimulate the economy, at least not quickly enough. Democrats countered that the bill provided a good balance of immediate stimulus and long-term investments.

Google has advertised in Russia and China, where its search engine is less widely used than Yandex and Baidu, respectively, but on Friday, The Wall Street Journal reported the company has held talks with ad agencies about other options.
